RMC is currently seeking a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our outside sales team. A dealer relationship manager is a professional sales consultant that is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships. Responsibilities
Daily in field visits to franchise automobile dealerships in North Carolina. Develop and maintain dealer relationships to ensure company contract volume objectives are met. Educate and train dealer personnel on policy and procedures to help qualify potential customers. Follow up on approved loans and negotiate loan terms between our credit department and the Dealer. Support the funding team by communicating with the dealer on missing documentation. Address any poor performing accounts and follow up on monthly basis to see that dealer is meeting company objectives. Analyze dealer specific data on efficiency trends, profitability and performance. Qualifications
Excellent sales and marketing skills. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal and people skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
