Overview
The Business Development Director – Professional Services Segment will be responsible for driving sales and growth within the Professional Services vertical. This role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing key client relationships, and acquiring new customers across multiple sub-segments within the vertical. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in selling IT, BPS, and other services to companies across Real Estate, Tax Advisory, HR & Staffing Industry, Management Consultancies, Security Services (E.g. Allied) & Facilities Management, with a strong track record in new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities • Drive sales growth and revenue for the Professional Services segment through strategic planning and execution.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and account plans across multiple sub-segments.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with key clients and partners; identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, solution shaping, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, delivery, marketing, finance) in a global, matrixed environment.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience with a proven track record in sales/BD in IT, BPS, or consulting services.
Strong experience selling to large companies in Real Estate, Tax Advisory, HR & Staffing Industry, Management Consultancies, Security Services (E.g. Allied) & Facilities Management (experience in at least 2 areas is a MUST).
Understanding of the industry’s technology landscape, business challenges, & opportunities.
Strong consultative sales approach with experience in solution selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
Confident and comfortable leading / taking ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.
Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
Salary Range: $180,000-$220,000 per year
