Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Director will ensure the effective utilization of data to support innovation, enhance performance, and promote a culture of informed decision-making.**Minimum Requirements:****Education:** **Experience:** 7-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale analytics solutions. Healthcare experience with knowledge of EHR systems, ERP platforms, and operational data sources is highly desirable. **Knowledge and Skills:** Familiarity with healthcare operations, clinical workflows, ERP systems, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA.
