Oracle SLED Integration & Analytics Sales Specialist

Join Oracle's SLED team as an Integration & Analytics Sales Specialist. Partner with Data Platform Account Executives to create pipeline, accelerate deals, and land strategic wins across State, Local, and Education customers. Bring deep expertise in data and application integration, API management, streaming/ETL, and analytics/BI to help agencies and institutions turn data into actionsecurely and at scale. As a SLED Integration & Analytics Sales Specialist, you will operate as an overlay seller, working side-by-side with Data Platform AEs and cross-functional teams to drive market adoption and close business. You'll translate SLED missions into integrated, insight-driven solutionsimproving constituent experience, operational efficiency, and student successwhile navigating public sector procurement, budget cycles, and compliance. We are seeking a consultative, outcomes-focused specialist who aligns Oracle's integration and analytics capabilitiesdata and app integration, API management, streaming/ETL/ELT, governance, and enterprise analytics/BIto high-impact SLED use cases. You will build C-suite alignment, craft value propositions, and orchestrate complex pursuits with pre-sales, partners, and industry teams to exceed revenue targets in your territory. Key responsibilities include: Deal strategy and execution Co-develop pursuit strategies with Data Platform AEs; qualify opportunities, shape scope, and drive to close. Build business cases, ROI/TCO, and executive narratives tied to SLED priorities (constituent services, operational efficiency, student outcomes, public safety, sustainability). Orchestrate end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, solution mapping, demos/POVs, pilots, commercial structuring, and close plans. Pipeline generation Run targeted prospecting plays with AEs and SDRs; activate campaigns/events; expand into new buying centers across agencies, school districts, colleges, and universities. Leverage partner ecosystem to source and progress opportunities. Executive engagement Earn trusted-advisor status with CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, Superintendents, Provosts, and agency leaders; lead value workshops and roadmapping sessions. RFX and public sector process Lead RFI/RFP response strategy; align solutions to requirements; support terms, budgeting, grants/funding, and contracting pathways common in SLED. Cross-functional orchestration Coordinate Pre-Sales/SCs, Product, Consulting, Customer Success, and Industry GBUs; ensure governance, stage hygiene, and forecast accuracy. Thought leadership and enablement Package repeatable SLED use cases and references (e.g., 911/PSAP data integration, health and human services data sharing, student success analytics, transportation telemetry, open data portals). Enable field and partners on Oracle differentiation, security, and compliance posture. Compliance and risk awareness Align proposals with SLED requirements for data governance, privacy, residency, and security frameworks (e.g., FERPA, CJIS, HIPAA-as-applicable, state standards). Sales portfolio focus includes: Integration: Oracle Integration Cloud (process/app integration, adapters, orchestration), Oracle GoldenGate and OCI GoldenGate, OCI Data Integration (ETL/ELT), API Gateway and API Management, OCI Streaming, Event Services. Analytics: Oracle Analytics Cloud (reporting, dashboards, augmented analytics), OCI Data Catalog/Governance, data preparation, and semantic modeling. Platform alignment: Co-sell with Oracle Data Platform and OCI services to deliver secure, high-performance solutions. What you'll bring: 5+ years in specialist or overlay sales for integration, data, and/or analytics platforms; SLED/public sector experience strongly preferred. Proven success co-selling with Account Executives to exceed ACV/revenue targets; strong hunting and deal acceleration skills. Expertise mapping SLED missions to integration and analytics solutions; ability to quantify value and build C-suite business cases. Working knowledge of modern integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, streaming, iPaaS) and analytics/BI architectures. Credibility with executive stakeholders; exceptional storytelling, whiteboarding, and negotiation skills. Experience with public sector procurement, grants/funding, budget cycles, and RFI/RFP processes. Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex pursuits; disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy (e.g., MEDDICC or equivalent). Familiarity with cloud-native/data technologies (e.g., REST/JSON, containers, orchestration, SQL/ETL tools); Oracle portfolio experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field. What you'll do (outcomes): Build 34x pipeline coverage and improve win rates in targeted SLED accounts. Shorten sales cycles through clear close plans and executive alignment. Land net-new logos and expand integration/analytics footprints in existing SLED customers. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring range in USD from: $113,100 to $185,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
