Job Overview MACOM is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the senior leadership team from our headquarters in Lowell, Massachusetts. Reporting directly to the CEO, this dynamic role offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted partner and strategic planner who positively impacts business outcomes by supporting multifaceted organizational and business challenges, orchestrating business-critical events and initiatives and serving as a key liaison coordinating leadership priorities across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex synchronization of organizational event and initiative planning, ensuring seamless logistical coordination across diverse stakeholders working in diverse global time zones Prepare and review materials and correspondence for executive and board meetings and other key business activities with speed, clarity, and accuracy Liaise with internal business units and external parties including customers, suppliers, investors, and analysts handling calls, emails, and correspondence professionally Facilitate Leadership team and Board of Director travel agendas and prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports aligned with internal platforms, tools, and processes Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and take initiative to drive efficiencies and problem solve Leverage enterprise technology platforms and productivity toolsincluding Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Travel & Expense systems and SAP ERPto streamline workflows, manage communications and maintain accurate documentation Conduct ad hoc research and analyze/prepare data to support effective decision-making Experience and Education: 8+ years of executive assistant experience with a proven track record of supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, agile environment; experience within a large, matrixed, publicly traded organization strongly preferred Bachelor's/University degree preferred; master's degree is a plus. Skills/Competencies: Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Strong communicator who provides clear direction and drives action toward strategic outcomes Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and capabilities Able to effectively manage competing priorities, time constraints, and demands Advanced proficiency in enterprise technology platforms and productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, cloud-based systems) with demonstrated ability to manage workflows and present data effectively Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments with demonstrated resilience and adaptability Strong independent judgment with ability to solve complex problems autonomously Uncompromising integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters Able to maintain composure and focus when navigating high-pressure situations and shifting priorities Professional demeanor with proven ability to build productive relationships and resolve conflicts across all organizational levels The Salary Range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Actual salary offered to candidates will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
