Clinical Respiratory Sales Representative (South Oklahoma Territory)

VieMed Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated and clinically experienced Clinical Respiratory Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to combine clinical expertise with strategic sales development, focusing on expanding referral relationships and growing our home ventilation program within South Oklahoma territories. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and strengthen referral partnerships with hospitals, pulmonologists, hospitalists, case managers, and respiratory departments. Drive ventilator referral growth and promote secondary CPAP opportunities by establishing and maintaining strong clinical relationships. Conduct educational sessions, product presentations, and in-service trainings to healthcare professionals, emphasizing patient transition from hospital to home care. Collect market intelligence to identify opportunities and challenges within the territory. Document activities and maintain accurate records to ensure consistent follow-up and engagement. Collaborate with internal teamsincluding marketing, operations, and clinical supportto optimize patient outcomes and sales strategies. Provide hands-on support for patient setups, follow-ups, and technical troubleshooting as needed. Travel extensivelyup to 80% or more within a radius of approximately 150 milesto maintain presence and build relationships in the territory. Qualifications: Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Oklahoma. Minimum of two years' experience in healthcare sales or referral development. Proven existing relationships with hospital-based referral sources. Hands-on experience with mechanical ventilation. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage a large territory. Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region. Preferred Skills and Experience: Background in Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTACH), or critical care environments. Familiarity with hospital-based referral processes. Experience with electronic medical records systems such as Brightree or similar platforms. Education & Credentials: Licensed Respiratory Therapist. Relevant clinical experience in critical care or DME settings is advantageous. Additional Requirements: Ability and willingness to travel approximately 80% or more within the territory. Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary between $70,000 and $80,000, commensurate with experience. Monthly commission structure tied to referral growth. Quarterly performance bonuses.
