We're looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you'll connect with property owners daily through outbound calls and inbound leads, building relationships that transform landlords into successful partners on our platform. An ideal candidate thrives in a metrics-driven environment where speed, rapport, and value articulation are key. Key Responsibilities
Make high-quality outbound calls to prospects and customers each day. Responsible for maintaining responsiveness to incoming landlord inquiries and acting as a trusted advisor. Deliver a compelling pitch to promote Furnished Finder's listing services. Manage a high volume of leads with efficiency and urgency. Document all activity in the CRM and track engagement success rates. Convert qualified prospects into paying customers through short, consultative calls Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up diligently. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and team KPIs. Promote premium features and upsell value-added services when applicable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide feedback. Qualifications
12 years of sales experience (transactional or inside sales preferred). Comfortable in a high-volume call environment. Clear communicator with excellent phone presence and active listening skills. Goal-oriented with a strong internal drive and sense of urgency. Tech-savvy and able to navigate CRM systems and sales tools. Ability to work independently while staying connected to a remote team. Education & Experience
High School Diploma or Associate's Degree required. 1+ year in sales, onboarding, or customer engagement roles. Experience in real estate tech, SaaS, or platform-based sales is a plus. Skills

100% remote work Monthly compensation of $3,840,000 COP- $4,500,000 COP plus an attractive commission structure Direct contract with legal benefits Exceptional company culture with a supportive work environment Clear career advancement opportunities Birthday day off Compensation for work on Colombian and corporate holidays Ongoing training and support with expert leaders at a global level Important: Our standard work shifts are 8.5 hours per day, 5 days per week, including an hour lunch break.
