We're seeking a highly organized and detail?oriented Account Coordinator to support daily account management, client communication, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of a teamcoordinating tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth workflow for both clients and internal partners. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and support needs. Manage and update client accounts, documentation, and internal tracking systems. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as requested. Coordinate internal workflows between departments to ensure timely execution of deliverables. Support invoicing, billing reviews, and basic account reconciliations as needed. Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow?up communications. Maintain accurate and organized files, logs, and account records. Troubleshoot account?related issues and escalate when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service through professional, timely communication. Required Skills & Experience
13 years of experience in account coordination, client service, administrative support, or a related role. Strong communication skillswritten, verbal, and interpersonal. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast?paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); CRM or ERP experience a plus. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross?functional teams. Professional, dependable, and solution?oriented mindset.
