Essential Duties
MFCU is looking for a Member Service Representative who is Trustworthy, Caring, and Enthusiastic in: Receiving and processing member transactions including, but not limited to: cash and check processes, deposits, transfers, and loan payments Assisting members with account maintenance and changes Collaborating with branch staff to cross-sell and increase member share of wallet Ensuring security and compliance procedures are followed in all transactions Schedule Note: This position is in-branch and office-based. Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. -- 5 p.m., with Saturday business hours as scheduled. Occasional after-hours attendance may be required for meetings or training. Credential Requirement: Must obtain the Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation through America's Credit Unions within the first year of service with M1.
