About the Opportunity
Were building the studio we always wanted to work at fast-moving, design-led, and trusted by the best in tech. In a short time, weve gone from zero to partnering with Amazon, top VCs, and some of the most ambitious startups in the world.
Now were looking for a Senior Brand Designer to lead the creation of bold, modern brand identities and websites for high-growth startups. This is a clientfacing role that requires strong design craft, the ability to think strategically, and the confidence to guide clients through the brand process. Youll join a small, focused team where your work has direct impact on how tomorrows companies launch and scale.
What Youll Do
Lead the development of brand identities from concept through execution including logos, typography, color systems, and full brand guidelines
Design and launch websites (Webflow/Figma) that translate brand strategy into digital experiences
Present and communicate work directly to clients, helping them make confident creative decisions
Balance multiple design explorations with highlevel craft and detail
Partner with creative directors, strategists, and PMs to ensure design outcomes align with client goals
Drive visual consistency across brands, websites, and marketing design projects
What Were Looking For
35 years of experience in brand and digital design (agency or studio preferred)
A strong portfolio that showcases:
Brand identities created from scratch (not just refreshes or marketing visuals)
Website design that feels modern, clean, and built for tech/startup audiences
Confidence in client communication you can present work, explain rationale, and guide nondesigners through decisions
Strong grasp of typography, layout, and composition with a modern, techforward aesthetic
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team in a fastpaced environment
Bonus Points
Experience in Webflow or handson website building
Motion, 3D, or illustration skills
Marketing design experience across campaigns, social, or advertising
Comfort working in unstructured, highgrowth environments
