What You'll Do:
- Ensure all sites operate in compliance with MN DHS 245D licensing standards.
- This role oversees program quality, documentation accuracy, and regulator adherence while collaborating with the Clinical Director; Operations Director, HR, Designated Coordinators, and House Managers.
- The Program Director does not direct clinical care and works strictly within 245D program oversight.
What You'll Need:
- 2-5 years in a supervisory or management role within a relevant industry, proficient in project management tools, ability to handle, analyze, resolve complex issues, risks and crises.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must be proficient in typing and plan writing.
- Must be willing to travel between sites.
- Must have excellent communication.
