What You'll Do: 

  • Ensure all sites operate in compliance with MN DHS 245D licensing standards.
  • This role oversees program quality, documentation accuracy, and regulator adherence while collaborating with the Clinical Director; Operations Director, HR, Designated Coordinators, and House Managers.
  • The Program Director does not direct clinical care and works strictly within 245D program oversight.

What You'll Need: 

  • 2-5 years in a supervisory or management role within a relevant industry, proficient in project management tools, ability to handle, analyze, resolve complex issues, risks and crises.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must be proficient in typing and plan writing.
  • Must be willing to travel between sites.
  • Must have excellent communication.
