Requirements
10+ years of sophisticated patent litigation experience from a nationally respected law platform. Trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation experience is preferred along with some IP transactional experience. Excellent academic credentials. Client-focused, team-oriented, entrepreneurial personality with stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
