We are looking for a Creator Marketing Associate to contribute to content creator and influencer marketing campaign management across a diverse agency client roster. This position supports the team in sourcing UGC and influencer content, creator-facing outreach, negotiations, communication, creative brief development, and deliverable management. You will work across platforms, primarily Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok to build, maintain, and grow a client’s reputation, credibility, and brand awareness.
What You’ll Do
- Support and implement one-time and/or recurring campaigns — from content creator and influencer discovery to outreach, negotiation, and creative deliverable management.
- Source, onboard, negotiate and manage content creator and influencer relationships & campaign deliverables.
- Distribute contracts and review content to ensure it meets stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize influencer content to drive performance, conversions, and boosted reach through paid media ad spend (whitelisting, repurposing content on brand accounts, and boosted posts).
- Coordinate spending across different channel strategies to support a full-funnel approach.
- Collaborate with Darkroom’s Performance Marketing teams to learn what content performs best in advertisements, make whitelisting recommendations, and create a feedback loop for future campaign improvements.
- Work cross-departmentally to analyze social media/content marketing data and support in building client-facing reporting decks/presentations, assessing performance, scalability, and effectiveness against internal KPIs.
You should apply if this sounds like you
- 1+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing management (not including internships)
- 1+ year of agency experience is required
- Strong understanding of American culture and social media trends
- Proven end-to-end campaign management experience (strategy development, influencer discovery, outreach and rate negotiations, campaign reporting and analysis)
- Understanding of how UGC and influencer content can drive conversions through organic, paid, and boosted reach
- Confident communication skills with experience in influencer/talent/creator communication, relationship-building, and negotiation
- Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple campaigns across various clients and meet deadlines
- Experience with discovery/automation platforms used to source, evaluate, and manage influencer relationships (e.g., Aspire, Grin)
- Proven ability to work productively in autonomous and team settings
- Knowledge of using data and metrics to measure impact, drive actionable results, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with experience maintaining creator and influencer contacts/networks
- Thrives in a startup environment where responsibilities may shift quickly
- Creative mindset with consumer-focused ideas to grow brand presence and awareness
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
