Superintendent - Luxury Custom Homes - New Hampshire

The Superintendent - Luxury Custom Homes - New Hampshire will be responsible for:

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations for residential construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain quality control standards to meet client expectations.
• Prepare and submit daily project reports to management.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for projects.
• Foster strong communication and teamwork among project teams.

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience
• Experience working on luxury residential homes (ideally $2M+)
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
