Fully remote work may be considered if youre not located near a Wolters Kluwer office./ppAs a Senior Content Management Analyst - Tax Compliance, youll be a pivotal force behind our digital content strategy. Leveraging your expertise, youll manage content projects, optimize user engagement through analytics, and ensure seamless collaboration among team members. Your work will directly impact our brands online presence and user experience./ppA successful candidate for the position will have a minimum of 3 years experience in tax compliance and a strong working knowledge of U.S. Federal and state tax laws. This position reports to the Content Manager for the Axcess Advisor team, TAA RL./ppKey tasks include:/pulliTracking changes to tax law and monitoring developments in the tax community to identify items that can be iQ events (tied to fields on tax forms)/liliWorking with cross-functional teams (software, developers, product management, production and editorial) on the development and maintenance of CCH Axcess IQ/Advisor. The candidate must also have an understanding of federal and state tax returns and how to interpret information from tax developments (legislation, regulations, guidance from tax authorities, court rulings, real-world events) in a manner that leads to an understanding of how that information would impact a taxpayers reporting requirements/liliKnowledge of CCH Axcess is required/liliActing as advisor on advanced and broad-ranging projects/liliParticipating in new product development as needed/liliCreating and building queries in Excel to identify affected taxpayers within Axcess using the tax form fields/liliCreating ELPs/explanations to inform practitioners of these tax developments/liliWriting sample client letters that practitioners can send to their clients explaining tax developments/liliOn a rotating basis, coordinating the loading of content to Axcess/AC across several teams/liliAssisting with content creation for federal legislative developments in the preparation/loading of federal ELPs and queries/liliAssisting with reviewing/editing outside author material and creation of ELPs for new product development (Advisory Services)/li/ulpYoure a great fit if you have:/pulliAdvanced writing: Skilled in content creation and editing./liliCollaborative coordination: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills./liliTrend analysis: Ability to research and apply industry trends./liliMentorship: Skills in guiding and mentoring junior staff./liliTax planning: Leverage tax expertise to create taxpayer impact scores that assess the effect of recent tax changes or specified areas of law and identify opportunities for cash savings./liliEducation: CPA bachelors degree/liliMinimum of three years experience working in tax compliance/liliGood organizational and planning ability/liliSolid knowledge of U.S. tax legislation/liliGood motivational skills/liliAbility to work as a cross-functional team member/liliGood oral and written communication skills/liliTroubleshooting issues (taking initiative)/li/ulpWe are an incredibly supportive team that truly enjoys what we do and who we do it with.
