Clinical Director — DUI Education & Treatment – Phoenix

Location: Phoenix, AZ | Job Type: Contract (1099)

Pay: $85–$125 per hour (DOE). Alternative monthly retainer negotiable based on caseload and audit duties.

Schedule: Flexible; minimum 8–12 hrs/month of clinical oversight (expands with caseload).

Overview

Summary: Lead clinical governance for DUI treatment services; final clinical authority; supervise counselors; ensure ADOT-MVD compliance.

Responsibilities

• Approve treatment plans & progress notes
• Provide supervision and chart audits
• Enforce clinical policies & QA
• Participate in ADOT audits and corrective actions

Qualifications

• Independent AZ license: LISAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or Physician
• Experience supervising SUD programs
• Strong documentation & compliance skills
