The Strategy and Transformation Analyst will support Americo in the formulation, articulation, and execution of Americo’s business strategy. This role will work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to build and update department strategies, maintain strategic initiative roadmaps, and drive critical, strategic, organizational initiatives. This role will be instrumental in translating analysis of opportunities into actionable initiatives in support of Americo’s business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and document corporate and departmental strategies

Planning

  • Lead strategic initiative planning across departments
  • Partner with business leaders to conduct feasibility analyses of future opportunities
  • Support creation of business case development and financial modeling of strategic initiatives.

Execution

  • Lead execution and delivery of strategic initiatives such as product evaluations, platform implementations, and operational & process efficiencies
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to shape and execute strategic efforts

Information and Insights

  • Support ongoing tracking of benefits realization of executed strategic initiatives
  • Gather and validate internal, operational data to support ideation and prioritization of strategic opportunities
  • Prepare executive level reports highlighting ongoing progress on execution of strategic priorities

Experience and Qualifications

  • Three to five years of experience in consulting, accounting, finance, or corporate strategy
  • Experience in planning, business case development
  • Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Experience analyzing, synthesizing, and presenting large of amounts of data
  • Life insurance and annuity experience is a plus, but not required
