Job Description
American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a National Sales Director for Xzilon Inc., focused on vehicle appearance protection products and services. In this high-impact role you will develop and execute sales strategies, oversee a national sales team, and maintain strong relationships with key business partners while traveling extensively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage nationwide sales and support activities for Xzilon Inc.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, dealers, and vendors.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team; provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Oversee new account acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop new sales and training programs.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts; ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance standards are met.
- Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions to support customers and sales agents.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Travel up to 60‑80% of the time as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
