Physical Therapist
to step into the role of
Director of Rehabilitation . This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys leading with compassion, building strong clinical teams, and making a meaningful impact in a close‑knit community setting. Position Details Schedule:
Monday–Friday Hours:
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5×8) Full‑time, 40 hours/week No weekend rotation PT candidates only Salary range:
$40–$55 per hour (salaried)
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department Provide direct PT services and ensure high‑quality clinical care Lead, mentor, and support therapy staff Collaborate with nursing, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards Foster a positive, resident‑centered culture within the rehab program Requirements Active
Physical Therapist (PT)
license Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Passion for serving seniors in a personal care/assisted living environment
