Full-Time | Hybrid We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Early Intervention Program Director to lead and support the coordination of early intervention services for young children and their families. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood development, family-centered care, and working with children with disabilities.
Position Overview The Early Intervention Program Director will work closely with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and effective early intervention services. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities • Partner closely with families to coordinate and support early intervention services tailored to each child’s needs • Oversee program operations to ensure compliance with early intervention standards and regulations • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance plans to ensure high-quality service delivery • Supervise, support, and collaborate with service providers and staff • Monitor documentation, reporting, and service coordination timelines • Collaborate with healthcare providers, therapists, and community partners • Support billing processes (billing experience is a plus++)
Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or early childhood education • Demonstrated direct experience working with children with disabilities • At least 1 year of direct experience working with children under age 3 • Experience with or knowledge of quality assurance planning • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a hybrid environment
