Qualifications
Possess prior experience and institutional capacity in developing actions and executing the services described in this procedure;
Submit supporting documents (portfolios or certificates of technical capacity) relating to previous work developed within the scope of this procedure;
Preferably companies or consultants that have already provided similar consultancy services, preferably in African countries;
At least five (5) years of experience in consulting and specialized studies;
Five (5) years of experience providing consultancy services to support activities in the education sector;
Relevant experience in preparing studies related to higher education;
Knowledge of the legal and policy framework of the education and teaching system, especially the higher education subsystem in Angola;
Experience in developing teacher evaluation methodologies focusing on skills and competency descriptors;
Proven experience in conducting seminars, workshops, and meetings;
Specific Professional Experience:
Must have three years of experience in assessing the impact of educational policies
the ability to measure the results and effects of curricular reforms, and propose evidence-based adjustments.
