Overview
Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and customer information
Update and manage CRM and internal systems in compliance with company policies
Drive customer satisfaction and achieve assigned sales targets
Prepare sales forecasts, weekly reports, and competitor analysis
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth
Coordinate with finance team to deliver suitable customer solutions
Develop and maintain in-depth technical product knowledge
Support marketing and product promotion activities
Gather customer spare parts and service requirements
Participate in government tender processes
Prepare and verify documentation for HP sales
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Construction Equipment and/or Power Generator industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Valid driving license
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
Pleasant personality with a professional and well-groomed appearance
