RQ0018002**Job Description**We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to join the Web Strategy Team! The Public Website Digital Product Owner, under the Product Manager’s leadership, will develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the Blue Cross NC public website, with a specialized focus on the journey of providers, agents, and employer groups. This is a non-technical product management role focused on delivering an exceptional digital experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website strategy, digital best practices, user experience (UX), and site architecture, ensuring our website is intuitive, informative, and aligned with business goals.

This role will partner with subject matter experts within the organization and develop requirements and priorities to meet the needs, goals, and desires of key stakeholders to ensure the digital journey and experiences align to compliance standards, key goals, and performance metrics.**What You'll Do*** **Own the website roadmap:** Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and content updates to meet business objectives and improve user engagement.* **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Act as the primary liaison between business teams, design, and development to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.* **Website Strategy & Governance:** Collaborate with the content team, marketing, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and optimized for SEO and usability.* **User Experience:** Partner with UX designers and researchers to ensure seamless navigation, clear information architecture, and engaging digital experiences.* **Performance Monitoring:** Use analytics and user feedback to measure site performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.* **Compliance & Accessibility:** Ensure all content and site features meet regulatory requirements and accessibility standards.**What You Bring*** Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)* 3+ years of experience in related field* In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field**Bonus Points** (preferred qualifications)* Product Owner certification preferred

Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets,

licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
