in-market. About Your Future Role

As Head of Marketing, France, you will own the full marketing mandate for the French business: strategy, execution, performance, and team leadership. You will work closely with the VP Marketing and the General Manager, France as part of the local leadership team, while partnering with central teams in Berlin. This is a

builder-and-fixer role

in a post-merger context, with real ownership and budget autonomy. Success in this role is not measured by activity, but by

clarity of GTM, pipeline contribution, and trust from GTM and Product orgs. What You’ll Do

Own marketing for France end-to-end : define and execute the French marketing strategy aligned with Shiftmove’s growth objectives, with full ownership of performance, priorities, and budget Build a unified go-to-market engine

in a post-merger context by harmonising funnels, channels, and ways of working across previously independent organisations Drive demand generation and pipeline impact

across the full funnel, with a clear ambition to grow Shiftmove’s owned inbound engine in France Lead product marketing and positioning

for the French market, ensuring clear messaging, compelling value propositions, and consistent storytelling across all channels and sales enablement Partner closely with Sales, Product, and the GM France

to align on ICPs, segmentation, account priorities, and GTM execution, and to ensure marketing is a credible growth partner to the business Lead, develop, and evolve a multidisciplinary marketing team , creating clarity on roles, accountability, and capabilities required for the next phase of growth Establish operational excellence and transparency , including KPIs, funnel reporting, and ROI tracking, while continuously improving tools, processes, and collaboration with central teams What Success Looks Like

Within 3-6 months

A clear, defendable marketing funnel for France

Strong alignment with Sales and Product on GTM priorities

Confidence in channels, budget ownership, and performance reporting

Reduced day-to-day dependency on central leadership

Within 6-12 months

Marketing is a credible, trusted growth partner to the business

Tangible contribution to pipeline and revenue in France

A stable, high-performing marketing organisation with clear ownership

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role in B2B (SaaS, mobility, fleet, or adjacent industries)

Strong background in

product marketing,

combined with demand generation experience

Experience leading teams through change, integration, or post-acquisition environments

Ability to operate strategically while staying hands-on and execution-oriented

Fluency in French and English

Nice to have

Buy-and-build or multi-entity experience

Exposure to multi-market or international environments
