Admissions & Marketing Director – St. Peters Rehab
St. Peters Rehab is seeking a dynamic Admissions & Marketing Director to join our team. This dual role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with skilled nursing admissions experience and a passion for census growth, relationship-building, and exceptional customer service.
Admissions & Marketing Director Job Type:
Full-time Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (flexible as needed) Admissions & Marketing Director Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full admissions process, including referral intake, financial verification, tours, and admissions paperwork. Conduct on-site patient evaluations and follow up on referrals in a timely manner. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources. Complete daily sales calls and bedside sales to support census and quality mix goals. Represent the facility at community meetings and networking events. Collaborate with facility leadership to meet census and referral goals. Ensure exceptional customer service for patients and families. Admissions & Marketing Director Qualifications:
2–3 years of admissions and/or marketing experience in a skilled nursing, rehab, or healthcare setting. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Knowledge of managed care and long-term care referral processes preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office and marketing systems.
