R0054084The Director, Marketing for the ELM Solutions business, will provide senior leadership to high-level professionals, taking primary responsibility for the performance and results of marketing efforts for our expert solutions, including AI-enabled B2B enterprise software. Your strategic and innovative approach will shape the marketing landscape and drive substantial growth within the organization.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Provide senior leadership and strategic direction to multiple marketing functions, including Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Industry Thought Leadership, Event Marketing, and Product Marketing.* Partner collaboratively with Sales and Product teams for successful Sales Enablement, Client Programs, and Product Launches, as well as Corporate and Divisional centers of excellence for Brand, Public Relations, and MarTech initiatives.* Oversee the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives.* Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals.* Lead cross-functional teams to drive marketing innovation and excellence.* Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns.* Build and manage relationships with top-tier industry partners and stakeholders, including key industry analysts.* Ensure alignment of all marketing activities with the organization's vision and objectives.* Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies in marketing, including AI tools.* Oversee complex budget planning and financial analysis for marketing operations.* Represent the marketing function in executive-level meetings and decision-making processes.**Qualifications:****Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related.**Experience:*** 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing roles, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity overseeing multiple marketing functions. Preferably for Enterprise Software.* Expertise: Best practices including segmentation and persona strategies, buying group targeting, digital marketing, search/SEO/AEO, and account-based marketing/ABM.* Executive Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills to manage senior managers and high-level professionals.* Innovative Thinking: Ability to drive innovation and stay ahead in marketing trends.* Comprehensive Analysis: Proficiency in conducting extensive market analysis and operational analysis.* Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong skills in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.* Stakeholder Influence: Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with top-tier stakeholders.* Advanced Budgeting: Advanced skills in budgeting and financial oversight for expansive marketing operations.* Technology Integration: Knowledge of integrating emerging technologies into marketing strategies, including AI tools.* Strategic Alignment: Ability to ensure alignment of marketing activities with organizational goals and vision.## Our Interview Practices*To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
