Play a key role in shaping the Division’s industrial strategy by embedding a culture of
Continuous Improvement (CI)
at every level of the organization. You will champion Lean principles, develop high‑impact programs, and ensure our operations consistently evolve toward
world‑class performance . What You’ll Lead & Achieve
Lead the Division’s Continuous Improvement Strategy
Design, deploy, and communicate the full suite of CI programs aligned with the Division’s strategic roadmap. Drive operational excellence and support the achievement of Division goals in
quality, cost, delivery, performance, and efficiency . Guide all CI initiatives by offering strong technical and administrative leadership. Partner with operational leaders to prioritize initiatives, remove barriers, and enable successful program deployment. Select key cost‑improvement and performance‑enhancement projects based on business needs. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution and measurable results. Continuously Elevate Our CI Culture
Benchmark internal practices against
best‑in‑class companies
to keep the Division at the forefront of industrial innovation. Drive updates to CI policies, standards, and tools to ensure sustained improvement and long‑term competitiveness. What You Bring
Engineering degree (manufacturing specialization preferred). Solid experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven success in
change management
and organizational transformation. Demonstrated ability to design, deploy, and deliver
Lean Manufacturing
programs across all organizational levels. Strong operational understanding and effective project management capabilities. Recognized
Lean Practitioner
with hands‑on experience. Leadership & Influencing Skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, inspire, and collaborate with teams and senior executives. Strong influencing and coaching abilities to guide teams through change and challenge the status quo.
