Build and manage an enterprise-level sales pipeline from scratch, acting as a hunter with patience for longer sales cycles. Consultatively sell bundled, multi-offer leadership development solutions to senior executive buyers (CEO, CHRO, L&D, VP-level). Establish a repeatable, professional sales process to operationalize a scalable sales motion that supports the company\'s three distinct revenue engines. Requirements
5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience with a proven ability to sell intangible service based offerings Hunter mentality, proactive, self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress - not afraid to pick up the phone and set meetings to achieve goals. Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills, comfortable selling multi-offer solutions to senior executive buyers (CEO, CHRO, L&D, VP-level). Location
This is a remote opportunity where ideal candidates will be based within 1-3 hours of Nashville, TN, or reside in the South (Central or Eastern time zones). Job
