Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, provide world class guest service and create a memorable photo experience. Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (Photography experience not required). Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience. Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively. Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers. Operate POS system and photography equipment. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. All other tasks as assigned. What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Team player who can work independently. Comfortable greeting and working with families and children. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling. Professional attire and good hygiene are a must. Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses. Flexibility to work during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays). Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed. Knowledge, Experience & Skills

Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required. At least 16 years of age. Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods. Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently. What Else Can You Expect

A fun, fast paced, and passionate environment. Referral program. One free photo package for friends and family per staff member (Must be used 2 weeks before the close of each season). All Sales Associates/Photographers who are at least 18 years of age may have the opportunity to work as Bunny Character for an additional $2/hour. If working as a Bunny Character, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Engage with guests in positive, energetic, and professional manner. Pose for photos with children and families. Always remain in character, wearing supplied costume, while on location and within public view. Drive positive customer experiences. Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods. Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently. Strong stamina and physically able to handle the demands of a full body costume, including limited visibility/mobility and high temperature. Our Work Philosophy
