Typical Day in the Life
The Salesforce Sales Executive oversees complex technology sales transactions. They demonstrate a high-level of proficiency in prospecting, qualification, negotiation, deal execution and coordination of sales activities that support Eide Bailly Technology Consulting objectives and growth goals.
Proactively develop and lead sales opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, solutioning, and closing Salesforce solution deals in SMB and midmarket segments.
Establish, maintain and grow relationships with Salesforce Sales Teams, including Account Executives, Solution Engineers, RVPs, AVPs etc
Consistently source deals on a monthly basis through the Salesforce channel as a result of relationships you have established, fostered and grown
Demonstrate understanding of target audience, industry trends, competition, and how Eide Bailly is uniquely positioned to address client needs.
Demonstrate strong product and consulting services knowledge of Salesforce solutions.
Engage with key prospects including C-level executives via meetings, phone, and email.
Coordinate resources across teams: SDRs, Solution Engineering, Delivery, and Sales to deliver comprehensive and standards-compliant Proposals and Statements of Work.
Build knowledge of integrations, ERP, and Data Analytics solution offerings.
Conduct prospect research for lead qualification.
Participate in events and community organizations to identify sales opportunities.
Communicate pipeline to sales, delivery, and go-to-market leadership.
Maintain CRM discipline for tracking pipeline health, opportunity stages, forecast accuracy, and lead quality.
Consistently hit monthly Activity, Prospecting and Performance targets

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years selling CRM solutions or CRM Implementation Services
A driving, social, self-starter who values independence, thrives under pressure, and enjoys new and unique challenges.
Expert in consultative and relationship selling, territory and account planning, and negotiation
Technically proficient, using available tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Able to handle rejection with poise, work well with others, display self-motivation and drive
Broad understanding of Salesforce platforms and solution selling to clients
Direct experience with Salesforce
Excellent communication skills with executive-level clients
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, partners and clients
Willingness to travel as needed
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
Benefits and Compensation Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
Salary: $100,000- $125,000, depending on experience/location/level. Position also includes generous commission structure.
