Is your brain wired to juggle multiple priorities, solve problems big and small, and keep it all straight by perfecting great processes? If that sounds like you, you might just be the one we''ve been searching for. We are searching for an experienced Cabinetry and Interior Components Designer to join our driven, hardworking, and talented team. This client-facing design professional will be responsible for executing selections, maintaining project documentation, and developing their own design vision relating to cabinetry, trim work, closets, appliances and stairs. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and top-notch organizational skills to ensure designs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The role reports to the Director of Design and will play a key role in managing project workflows, presenting design solutions and proposing options that meet functional, aesthetic and budgetary goals. In the role you will: Bring strong knowledge of residential design processes, education in Interior Design, and 1-3 years of experience in cabinetry design. Identify and develop your own design vision within project scope. Communicate with clients to hear needs, educate on options, and propose solutions that meet functional and aesthetic goals. Execute client-facing selections for cabinetry, trim, closets, appliances, stairs and metal stair structures. Track client budgets, allowances, and communicate changes under Lead guidance. Coordinate with Engineering, vendors, and internal staff to support project execution. Collaborate with Interior Designers to determine profiles, finishes, and placement of design elements. Maintain product samples to support client presentations and decision-making. Coordinate with Lead to prioritize project workflows and manage deadlines for assigned projects. Organize and manage digital and physical resources libraries, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and professionalism. Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and consistent. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and incorporate new ideas into departmental standards and workflows. What you will get
