JR1000032768**Hours of Work :**40**Days Of Week :**Monday-Friday**Work Shift :****Job Description :****Job Purpose*** The Director Website and Marketing Technology provides strategic and operational leadership for the health system’s public-facing website and other digital platforms.* Responsible for the performance, governance, and evolution of the health system’s websites, CRM and other digital experience platforms, analytics, SEO, GEO, and AI-driven marketing technology to support brand, growth, access, and consumer relations goals.* Responsible for the patient-facing physician referral call center, which helps patients make appointments with appropriate providers.* Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.**Job Requirements:****Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.**Licenses and/or Certifications:*** N/A**Work Experience:*** 7 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or marketing technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Methodist Health System is a faith-based organization with a mission to improve and save lives through compassionate, quality healthcare.
