We are seeking an experienced executive to lead military and government aviation sales and contracting activities. This role will be responsible for identifying, securing, and executing high-value defence and government contracts while ensuring full compliance with applicable acquisition regulations. Reporting at executive level, the role plays a critical part in shaping government market strategy, building long-term customer relationships, and driving sustainable growth across U.S. and allied military programmes. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive military and government sales and procurement strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives

Lead the pursuit, negotiation, and execution of aviation-related contracts with defence and government agencies

Oversee contract performance, ensuring delivery against cost, schedule, and quality requirements

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks, including FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and cybersecurity standards

Act as the internal authority on defence acquisition and government contracting best practices

Serve as the primary interface with military customers, procurement officers, prime contractors, and industry partners

Identify and manage risk, resolve contractual issues, and implement corrective actions where required

Collaborate closely with engineering, legal, finance, operations, and commercial teams to deliver successful programme outcomes

Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (Master’s or MBA preferred)

10+ years of progressive experience in defence procurement, government contracting, or military aviation

Demonstrated success winning and managing large, complex military or government contracts

Deep working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and the defence procurement lifecycle

Established relationships within defence acquisition or military contracting communities

Strong executive presence with proven leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Eligibility for U.S. government security clearance preferred
