Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Director to join our Tech & Media team, focused on driving new business for our Buyer Cloud platform among leading adtech, data, and media companies. This senior‑level, outbound sales role requires building deep partnerships and driving complex, custom solutions. Core Responsibilities

Drive new business by engaging adtech, data, and media companies building custom solutions on Buyer Cloud. Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain executive‑level relationships across the programmatic ecosystem. Partner with product and solutions teams to deliver customized platform integrations for clients. Serve as a trusted advisor on DSP functionality, custom bidding, audience segmentation, and optimization strategies. Represent Buyer Cloud at industry events and conferences to strengthen market presence. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in DSP or demand‑side adtech sales, with a proven track record of success. Deep knowledge of DSPs, including custom bidding and segmentation. Strong network and existing relationships within the adtech and media industry. Demonstrated ability to sell complex, technical solutions to senior stakeholders. Experience working with clients who build on platform APIs and delivering solutions that leverage API integrations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Primary Location Pay Range: $141,508.79 – $212,263.18 The application window is 30 days from the date of posting unless it closes sooner. Targeted Commission: $150,000.00 Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non‑sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
