We are looking for a Senior Specialist of FC User Acquisition/Performance Media to join the Growth Marketing Organization. You will report into the Senior Manager of FC Performance Media, and be directly responsible for growing FC on console and PC. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week scheduled in the Los Angeles, Del Rey office. Responsibilities You will develop and implement media buying strategies to improve campaign efficiency for the FC franchise, on Console and PC You will activate digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, X, and programmatic networks You will use data analysis and hypothesis testing to create relevant insights that improve creative development and channel mix strategies, ensuring the team refines and shares growth marketing plans across the team for maximum impact. You will develop strategic partnerships with important partners, such as Brand, Creative, and Analytics You will manage the relationship with external agencies and ad networks to ensure success for the FC Franchise You will work directly with the Senior Manager and Director of FC Performance Media to implement strategies to grow and maximize revenue for the FC Franchise Requirements You have 3+ years of experience in mobile media buying/user acquisition/performance marketing You\'re experienced in building user acquisition campaigns in the gaming or sports category with the ability to improve business metrics (ROAS, LTV) You have curiosity and experience testing new advertising channels, partners and formats BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative field Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on return on investment Passion/knowledge for video games and sports Knowledge of Excel Google applications Pay Transparency - North America COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
