The role will ensure world class Digital IT platform fully aligned with Commercial strategies and demand. The role is also accountable to drive agile delivery of business capabilities and development of differentiating software functions.## **Core competencies, knowledge and Experience:**• 15+ years management experience in an ICT environment, of which at least 8 years in a leadership capacity, and closely with Business.

• Ability to translate product and operational strategies in a vision and roadmap for Digital IT

• Effective management of a complex organization of professionals and other stakeholders (vendors) providing leadership, problem solving and fast decision making.

• Deep knowledge of Digital IT architectures.

• Ability to build and maintain a strong team with the right expertise and qualities.

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment.**Must have technical / professional qualifications:**• University Degree in Telecom and / or IT as a minimum

• MBA is a plus.

• Minimum of 8 years in IT leadership roles

• Leading SAFE framework certification (optional)• Commercial projects Go-to-Market
