We’re Hiring: Director of Facilities & Building Services
We are seeking a missiondriven facilities leader to join our team in a Christian, holistic care environment. This role is ideal for someone who values excellence in building operations while supporting an organization committed to serving residents, staff, and visitors with respect, dignity, and compassion.
The Director of Facilities & Building Services will provide strategic leadership in:
Daily operations of Maintenance and Grounds Staff development and performance management Managing contractors, service agreements, and vendors Reviewing construction plans, blueprints, and capital projects Oversight of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and lifesafety systems Budgeting and longterm capital planning Ensuring compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ADA, and CMS Life Safety Code Leading safety initiatives and emergency preparedness
What we’re looking for:
Five or more years of leadership experience in facilities management (healthcare or senior living preferred) Strong knowledge of building systems and regulatory requirements Experience with CMMS platforms, Microsoft 365, and building automation systems Relevant certifications such as CFPS, CHFM, CFM, or PMP preferred A genuine alignment with our Christian values and wholeperson care approach
