You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns to drive measurable paid and organic pipeline for both direct and indirect sales. You lead and mentor the demand generation team, setting priorities, coaching on best practices, and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. You lead the design, launch, and optimization of campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, content syndication, ABM) to drive qualified leads and generate both direct and indirect pipeline. You own paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend, clear ROI, and measurable revenue contribution. You drive data‑driven decision making by running A/B tests across ads and landing pages, applying attribution modeling, and translating performance metrics into actionable insights. You collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure campaigns align with buyer personas and revenue goals. You leverage AI‑first demand gen tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Optmyzr) to enhance campaign bidding, copywriting, creative production, reporting, and automation. You quickly adapt to market changes, platform updates, and data trends, consistently exploring new channels and tactics for growth.
