Demand Generation:

Engage with healthcare providers on the benefits of Kite CAR T as a treatment path versus other options for appropriate patients. Drive day-to-day demand generation activities, provide consistent coverage, meet frequency targets, and achieve sales goals. Identify and map patient referral pathways within hematology networks in the assigned territory and facilitate patient access to treatment. Articulate target patient profile and provide product education to drive demand for Kite CAR T therapies. Differentiate Yescarta/Tecartus versus alternatives through approved messaging. Develop, maintain, and monitor sales progress and action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Educate and ensure ATC comfort with CAR T process to avoid utilization barriers. Provide clinical instruction to clinical staff (e.g., AE Management Guide, PI). Support account education on CAR T access and reimbursement protocols across insurance types as needed. Record field activities in CRM. Support promotional activities and represent the company at professional scientific events and branded/unbranded events.

Account Engagement

Navigate a complex account environment and understand needs/issues of stakeholders at all levels. Build professional relationships within targeted academic hospitals to support Kite product introduction and use. Align Account Plans to local strategic pillars and territory dynamics for Cell Therapy. Collaborate with Key Account Director to support ATC demand enablement and commercial strategy within the territory. Provide timely feedback on account trends, changes in therapeutic landscape, and opportunities. Develop relationships with ATC HQ, Medical teams, treaters, referrers, and decision makers/influencers. Gather and share customer insights and follow up on commitments and requests. Identify and resolve issues and opportunities; ensure compliance-related activities at ATC (e.g., REMS, audits) with Onboarding Director guidance. Patient Access and Reimbursement Support

Identify and map patient referral pathways and facilitate access to treatment. Provide support to Kite Konnect Case Managers for patient case management and process support (e.g., patient registration, travel and lodging support, reimbursement case resolution). CAR-T Process Support

Maintain visibility over the entirety of the patient journey and ensure treatment team prep. Coordinate with HQ and Medical teams on cell journey and patient access using PHI when needed. Work with Case Manager and Medical teams to address disruptions in the patient-specific journey and manage pre-apheresis cancellations. Other Responsibilities

Advise ATC Onboarding Director on onboarding new ATC sites; assist in authorizing new treatment centers as needed. Support awareness of the CAR T process, patient support, ATC expansion, and third-party payor access. Coordinate with treatment physicians and staff as the patient goes through collection, reprogramming, and infusion phases. Legal/Regulatory

Operate in compliance with all laws, regulations and policies; protect patient personal identifiers. Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience OR • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience OR • High school diploma and 12+ years of experience Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of high performance. • Demonstrates initiative and willingness to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for commercializing breakthrough medicines, strong commercial mindset, scientific acumen, and patient-centric approach. • Long-term strategic understanding of the oncology market, ideally in cell therapy. • Strong business acumen and ability to apply data to decision making. • Experience managing large accounts with strategic planning and execution. • Launch experience within academic hospitals preferred. • Hematology/oncology experience preferred but not mandatory. • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships with key opinion leaders, and effective negotiating skills. • Experience in account planning and cross-functional account management. • Self-motivated with autonomy; able to work cross-functionally. • Travel: up to 25% overnight. Kite offers base salary with eligibility for discretionary bonus, stock-based incentives, paid time off, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance). Benefits information:
