
Responsibilities
Oversee all IT functions, including infrastructure, servers, networking, cybersecurity, business applications, laptops/desktops, printers, and telecommunications
Ensure compliance with CMMC, NIST 800-171, and other applicable defense-industry cybersecurity frameworks
Develop and maintain the organization’s IT roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives
Lead and mentor a small IT team, fostering collaboration and accountability
Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality delivery and value
Oversee project execution for all technology initiatives, upgrades, and integrations
Maintain and improve systems reliability, data integrity, and business continuity
Provide executive-level visibility into IT performance, risks, and opportunities
Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and governance procedures
Support end users with efficient, customer-focused service
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required
5+ years of IT management experience, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environments
Demonstrated understanding of CMMC/NIST cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance
Proven experience managing infrastructure, cloud environments, and network security
Familiarity with DoD CMMC compliance and NIST framework
Strong track record in strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor management
Excellent project management and people leadership skills
Ability to travel up to 25% to support remote operations or partner sites
Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization
Desired Skills
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or hybrid environments
Prior leadership in a multi-site or manufacturing environment
Compensation Information Base Salary Range: $165,000-$190,000
