Assistant Director of Assisted Living Full-Time
We are seeking an Assistant Director of Assisted Living to support daily operations, staff leadership, and resident experience in our Assisted Living community. This role partners closely with leadership and nursing to create a welcoming, person-centered environment.
Responsibilities
Support daily Assisted Living operations
Lead and support non-clinical staff (scheduling, coaching, onboarding)
Assists residents and families with daily needs, including appointments, communication with nursing team, and other departments
Assist with recruiting, hiring, and orientation
Support resident admissions, tours, and occupancy goals
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
Assist with resident support, activities, and non-clinical care needs
Support safety, compliance, and infection control practices
Preferred Qualifications
Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience
Leadership, management, HR, or admissions experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Servant leadership and person-centered care mindset
Schedule & Requirements
Full-time with on-call rotation
Weekend and holiday availability as needed
