Technacity Group is excited to partner with Cytronic in their search for their founding Head of Marketing/Marketing Lead. We’re working closely with Cytronic’s leadership to identify a hands‑on, strategic marketing builder who’s excited to own demand generation from the ground up and help shape how an AI‑powered robotics company brings its story to market. This is a rare opportunity to step into a foundational role, work directly with the CEO, and build the systems, strategy, and infrastructure that will drive Cytronic’s next phase of growth.

About Cytronic Cytronic is an AI‑powered robotics company transforming modern fulfillment and warehousing. By combining autonomous robotics with intelligent software, Cytronic delivers faster, more accurate, and more cost‑effective logistics than traditional 3PL solutions. Built for scale, Cytronic empowers high‑growth brands with 24/7 fulfillment that integrates seamlessly with modern commerce platforms.

The Role This role is highly strategic, deeply hands‑on, and directly accountable for driving marketing qualified leads (MQLs) that convert to sales.

Today, Cytronic works with several third‑party agencies across outreach, paid media, and SEO, but lacks a unified strategy, clear ownership, and internal infrastructure. This hire will bring structure, clarity, and performance accountability—while laying the foundation for a custom, AI‑driven sales and marketing platform purpose‑built for Cytronic.

This is an ideal role for someone excited about AI, modern tooling, and building systems from first principles.

Key Responsibilities Revenue & Demand Ownership

Own the full marketing funnel with clear accountability for MQL volume, quality, and conversion to sales

Partner closely with the CEO to align sales and marketing strategy with revenue goals

Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tied directly to pipeline impact

Marketing Strategy & Execution

and execute Cytronic’s end‑to‑end marketing strategy across digital channels

Bring structure to an unorganized marketing environment by establishing plans, priorities, and processes

Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and brand voice across all channels

Marketing Systems & Platforms

Build the foundation for Cytronic’s internal sales and marketing infrastructure

Leverage and optimize traditional tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo) in the near term

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to help design and implement a custom sales and marketing platform tailored to Cytronic’s needs

Document workflows, data flows, and system architecture for long‑term scalability

AI‑Driven Marketing

Use ChatGPT extensively for marketing workflows, experimentation, and optimization (required)

Explore and apply AI tools to improve targeting, content creation, lead qualification, and insights

Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and apply them with curiosity and speed

Bonus: experience with tools like Claude Code, Replit, or similar AI‑assisted development environments

Agency & Vendor Management

Act as the primary liaison with third‑party agencies and vendors

Evaluate performance, streamline efforts, and recommend consolidation where appropriate

Determine what should remain outsourced vs. brought in‑house over time

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience owning demand generation or growth marketing with measurable impact on sales pipeline

Strong familiarity with traditional marketing and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, CRM systems)

Hands‑on experience using ChatGPT for professional workflows (required)

Strong curiosity and willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving AI landscape (mandatory)

Experience building marketing systems, processes, and structure from scratch

Comfort working closely with executive leadership in a fast‑moving environment

Bonus: light coding experience or familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Replit), but not required
