You’ll work side-by-side with leaders and employees, tackling real workforce challenges—from hiring and performance to employee relations and culture. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and having a seat at the table while still rolling up your sleeves, this role offers meaningful impact and day-to-day work that never feels routine.**What You’ll Do*** Partner with leaders on strategic staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning* Coach leaders through performance management, employee relations, and complex employee issues* Lead HR initiatives, investigations, and compliance efforts that strengthen culture and trust* Understand, navigate, and apply Company policies and the terms of a Collective Bargaining Agreement**What You’ll Bring*** Experience as an HR generalist or business partner supporting leaders and employees* Strong judgment, communication skills, and confidence handling sensitive situations* Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements**What Associated provides:*** We are committed to rewarding talent with top pay.
