Required Skills & Knowledge
Exceptional troubleshooting abilities for customer issues
Proficient in handling phone inquiries and managing orders
Strong skills in resolving product-related concerns, including design, returns, repairs, and warranties
Ability to develop and nurture long-term customer relationships
Expertise in guiding customers through product selection and purchase decisions using design knowledge
Familiarity with all product offerings and adept at using order entry systems for precise order placements
Competency in following up on sales to ensure order accuracy and product availability
Proficiency in Office 365
Preferred experience in plumbing or sales (1 year)
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in home design, architectural design, or construction
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Adaptable to fast-paced work environments
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual
