Network Performance Management Consultant
role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in network analytics, Python scripting, Splunk, API integrations, and data‑driven performance optimization. Needs to be onsite in Ft. Meade, MD Responsibilities
Monitor, assess, and optimize network performance across complex and secure enterprise environments. Develop Python‑based tools and scripts to automate analysis, reporting, and performance insights. Leverage Splunk for log analysis, dashboard creation, and real‑time network visibility. Integrate APIs and data sources to enhance network monitoring and analytics workflows. Conduct root‑cause analysis, trend forecasting, and capacity planning. Collaborate with security, engineering, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement of network performance. Operate within strict security protocols while supporting mission‑critical infrastructure. Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in network performance management, analytics, or related technical roles. Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance required. Proficiency with Python, scripting languages, and automation workflows. Strong hands‑on experience with Splunk dashboarding, queries, and enterprise ingestion pipelines. Background in API integration and data extraction for performance analytics. Understanding of enterprise networking, performance metrics, and monitoring tools. Ability to analyze complex data sets and present actionable insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Compensation
