Position Summary

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our US sales team, with a focus on the Mid-Atlantic Territory. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and remote work, paired with close collaboration with our small but agile team. Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

Present and demonstrate our innovative products to prospective customers, tailoring presentations to their specific needs. Lead Generation Support:

Partner with the marketing team to strategize and execute lead generation activities. Solution Analysis:

Assess project requirements and provide tailored solutions that best fit our customers’ needs. Product Feedback:

Collaborate with internal engineers to relay customer feedback and suggest product enhancements. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with a dynamic, cross-functional team to meet company goals, adapting to various tasks as needed. Qualifications

Remote Work Skills:

Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication with a dispersed team. Analytical Expertise:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Travel Willingness:

Comfortable with occasional travel within the Mid-Atlantic territory and domestically. Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for remote collaboration and customer interaction. Preferred Qualifications:

Educational Background:

BS/BA in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred but not required. Industry Experience:

Previous experience in the life sciences industry and/or with laboratory automation systems is a plus.
