- Own the production calendar and prioritize work based on revenue goals and campaign needs
- Establish and enforce clear workflows, deadlines, and quality standards (definition of done)
2) Briefing and Creative Direction
- Translate growth priorities into clear creative briefs (hook/angle, offer, CTA, format, variations, specs, compliance guardrails)
- Provide creative direction to editors and producers to ensure assets are on-brand and high-performing
- Create templates and SOPs to increase speed and reduce rework
3) Paid Creative Output and Iteration Loop
- Partner with marketing to maintain a weekly testing roadmap and creative pipeline
- Ship new concepts, variations, and iterations of winners on a consistent cadence
4) Shoot Planning, Production, and Travel Execution
- Plan and execute travel-based filming: scheduling, shot lists, locations, gear coordination, releases, logistics
- Direct shoots with founders, subject matter experts, partners, and patients to capture high-leverage footage
- Ensure each shoot produces enough usable content to feed the pipeline for weeks, not days
5) Team Leadership and Vendor Management
- Lead editors/contractors with clear expectations, deadlines, and review processes
- Manage throughput and quality while coaching the team to improve over time
- Identify gaps and recruit/coordinate specialized support (motion graphics, design, creators, etc.) as needed
6) Asset Library and Organization
- Maintain an organized content library (raw footage, finished assets, scripts, thumbnails, angles, performance notes)
- Implement naming conventions, version control, and searchable storage so assets are reusable
- Document what worked (angles/hooks/offers) to make winning patterns repeatable
7) Compliance and Brand Standards- Ensure creative follows internal standards and category-specific guardrails
- Build fast-but-safe approval workflows (no bottlenecks, no risky claims)
