Large market Triple A station in one of America’s most thriving cities is looking for a Program Director who is also a dynamic and entertaining On Air Personality.
You
Have three years or more experience as a Triple A PD or APD and at least three years as an on air talent
Are an excellent talent coach and staff motivator
Understand the mechanics of social media and web posting
Love event marketing, appearances, and championing the sales team
Are willing to work with sister stations
Have experience with GSelector and Nielsen Media Research and Radio Ratings
Lead by example
Will protect the station licenses by following FCC regulations
