NVIDIA is seeking a Director of Technical Product Management to drive innovation of our software and hardware products that are used by leading cybersecurity companies to bring their offerings into the AI era using agentic systems and accelerated computing. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product development and planning, as well as the technical expertise to drive product requirements into multiple cross-organization engineering teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and drive alignment and ownership of cybersecurity specific product motions that intersect multiple NVIDIA software stacks (e.g., Morpheus, DOCA, NeMo, Nemotron).
  • Work across internal teams, software ecosystem partners, and the open-source community to outline shared initiatives.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of what's available in the ecosystem, where cybersecurity companies are innovating, and potential areas for collaboration.
  • Author requirements documents that project a desired future state of products and projects that are aimed towards the cybersecurity ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of and interest in the security ecosystem, including safety.
  • Align multiple teams around a single vision for a product, repeated across multiple use cases.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams, projects, and internal groups.

What we need to see

  • Experience using cybersecurity products and platforms, including closed- and open-source solutions.
  • BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
  • 12+ overall years of experience in software development, technical product management, cybersecurity program management, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • 8+ years of experience building and shipping software, hardware, or platform infrastructure solutions for enterprises.
  • Self-starter with excellent collaboration skills and a history of working with cross-discipline teams including research and production.
  • Strong desire to work on the cutting edge of technology while quickly learning and applying new technologies and libraries.

Ways to stand out from the crowd

  • Additional graduate coursework in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Hands-on experience architecting security or safety products, especially those that utilize AI to achieve their goals.
  • Demonstrated history of contributing and building open-source software projects that address real enterprise challenges.
  • Consistent record reducing complexity to simple product requirements.
  • Experience using NVIDIA software stacks, including NeMo, NIM, Morpheus, and RAPIDS.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 320,000 USD - 488,750 USD for Level 5, and 384,000 USD - 575,000 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
