Lead workshops for functional groups to integrate AI into specific workflows
Facilitate use case discovery sessions translating AI into practical applications
Create change management strategies grounded in emotional intelligence
Amplify success stories that demonstrate AI's value across the organization
Requirements
7-10 years in change management or learning & development focusing on technology adoption
Proven success in driving behavioral change in distributed organizations
Experience in designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning programs
Comfort with emerging technology concepts; experience in AI/ML adoption preferred
Strong grounding in change management frameworks and adult learning principles
Excellent facilitation skills for workshops and process improvement sessions
Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills
